A strange accident with one horse power and no brakes

Just to clarify, this latest incident took place in (Belarus) or what is known as Belarus, and as we know from school, this country was part of the former Soviet Union before it was dismantled. You can think of it as a cultural and linguistic extension of Russia.

It is rare to see a horse pulling a cart on one of the main roads, and even the owners of carts pulled by horses and donkeys in the countryside, trying to walk on secondary roads and avoiding the main roads in the city, but this horse and its driver were too brave to settle for less than highways.
